Audi Q3 - crossover from the German automaker of premium-class from Ingolstadt. The car represents the 2011 lineup.
The car is built on the PQ35 platform, which many Volkswagen Group cars use: Volkswagen Tiguan, Volkswagen Golf Mk6, Audi A3 Mk2 and others.
The basic version of the Q3 with a 1.4-liter 150-horsepower gasoline engine has a front-wheel drive (from 2013). A 2.0-liter petrol (EA888 gen 2 - 170 and 211 hp) and diesel engines (140 and 177 hp) are equipped with Quattro all-wheel drive transmission (permanent all-wheel drive, torque distribution 40:60) based on the Haldex 5th generation clutch. Diesel 2.0-liter engines were also installed on the front-wheel drive version of the crossover until 2013.
In 2014 the restyling of the model was carried out. As a result, the car received an updated design of the front bumper with a grille and a rear bumper. New head optics now with foglights integrated into it, and a rear diode with dynamic direction indicators. At Q3 began to install new gasoline 1.4 and 2.0 liter engines. It is worth noting that the new 1.4-liter engine capacity of 150 hp. can switch off two cylinders to save fuel. And the new 2.0 engine (EA888 gen 3) has two modifications - 180 hp and 220 hp. Also, the settings of the wet 7-step robotic s-tronic box (DQ500, capable of withstanding a torque of up to 600 nm) are also changed, new options appeared and a number of other settings and changes were made.
